In this workshop, we will explore how to detect our inherited language patterns and I will guide you through an exercise so that you can identify the labels that have been key in your life, so you can choose to keep them or change them.

This workshop will provide you with an introduction to conscious parenting and is FREE for all of those who wish to learn more about how to communicate effectively with everyone around us.
